Wilson-Hodge\non behalf of the Fermi GBM team,\n\nA. von Kienlin, X. Zhang, A. Rau, V. Savchenko, E. Bozzo,\nand C. Ferrigno, on behalf of the INTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team,\n\nand\n\nS. Barthelmy, J. Cummings, H. Krimm, and D. Palmer,\non behalf of the Swift-BAT team, report:\n\nThe long-duration GRB 190415A\n(Insight-HXMT/HE detection: Luo et al., GCN Circ. 24125)\nwas detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 576994194),\nINTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), Konus-Wind, Swift (BAT), and Insight (HXMT/HE)\nat about 14990 s UT (04:09:50).\nThe burst was outside the coded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box\nwhose coordinates are:\n ---------------------------------------------\n RA(2000), deg Dec(2000), deg\n ---------------------------------------------\n Center:\n 28.053 (01h 52m 13s) +20.221 (+20d 13' 16\")\n Corners:\n 26.606 (01h 46m 25s) +21.774 (+21d 46' 27\")\n 27.221 (01h 48m 53s) +22.093 (+22d 05' 34\")\n 29.374 (01h 57m 30s) +18.606 (+18d 36' 22\")\n 28.770 (01h 55m 05s) +18.296 (+18d 17' 44\")\n ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is about 2.6 sq. deg, and its maximum\ndimension is 4.1 deg (the minimum one is 39 arcmin).\nThe Sun distance was about 10 deg.\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nThe box lies outside the 1 sigma of the alternative\nlocalization of the Fermi-GBM detection BALROG\n(Kunzweiler et al., GCN Circ. 24123; ~0.6 deg stat. + 1 deg sys.),\nwhile being consistent with 1 sigma contours of the Fermi-GBM final\nposition.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB190415_T14986/IPN\n\nThe Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming\nGCN Circular."
